• Stalls are 12×12 and have rubber mats installed

• Assistant Trainer occupies barn apartment

• Sue and Jeff live on-premise in the main house

• Regulation Sized 20-meter x 60-meter all-weather sand outdoor arena

• Lighted 75 foot x 150-foot Indoor Riding Arena

• All client consignment horses have individual turnouts

• The entire farm is fenced and cross-fenced pastures
