The Basics:

  • 16 Stalls in main barn
  • Sue and Jeff live on premise in the main house
  • Assistant Trainer occupies barn apartment
  • All client horses have individual turnouts
  • Entire farm is fenced and cross-fenced pastures
  • Stalls are 12x12 and have rubber mats installed
  • 75 x 150 Indoor Riding Arena
  • 20 meter x 60 meter all weather sand and fiber outdoor
